How do I measure my windows for custom curtains?
To ensure a perfect fit, measure the width of your rod or track and the desired length from the top of the rod to the floor. We recommend adding 2x fullness for a luxurious look.
What is the typical production and shipping time?
Since our curtains are custom-made to your specifications, production usually takes 5-7 business days. Shipping via express courier typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.
Can I order fabric swatches before purchasing?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering our sample booklets or individual swatches to see the color, texture, and light-filtering properties in your own home before placing a full order.
Do you offer blackout lining options?
Most of our drapery collections offer customizable lining options, including unlined, privacy lining, and 100% total blackout lining for maximum light control and thermal insulation.
What is your return policy for custom products?
Because custom products are made to your specific measurements, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is a quality defect or a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement.
Are your curtains machine washable?
Care instructions vary by fabric. Most of our linen and velvet curtains are dry clean only to maintain their shape and texture, while some faux-linen and polyester blends are machine washable on a delicate cycle.
