At TWOPAGES Curtains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your window treatments. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for standard-sized products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Curtains

  Carefully fold the curtains and place them in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
